DEIMOS PETROLEUM is one of the leading oil and gas producers in Kazakhstan.
Deimos Petroleum, founded and incorporated in 2010, plays a key role in the supply of petroleum products, with a production capacity of 11 million tons (80.5 million barrels) of oil per year.
Deimos Petroleum’s secondary processing includes catalytic cracking, delayed coking, reforming, hydrotreatment of gasoline and diesel, and a bitumen unit. With a refining depth of over 75.5%, the company supplies products domestically and exports to 14 countries worldwide.
DEIMOS PETROLEUM Given the constant increase in the workforce
associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of DEIMOS PETROLEUM is consistently working to address the issues of social protection of workers and create favorable working conditions for them. To date, the number of employees of the plant is about 300 people. That is why one of the priority areas of the plant's activity is the development and improvement of the level of social and personnel policy.
DEIMOS PETROLEUM took 1st place in the nomination "For participation in solving social problems of territories and the development of corporate charity" in the regional stage of the All-Kazakhstann competition "Kazakhstann organization of high social efficiency". The results of the competition prove not for the first time that DEIMOS PETROLEUM occupies a worthy place in the labor market in the region.
Given the constant increase in the number of personnel associated with the development of the plant and the commissioning of new technological facilities, the management of DEIMOS PETROLEUM is consistently working to address issues of social protection of employees and create favorable working conditions for them.
